Light Duty Technician/Mechanic – Fort Lauderdale, FL

  

$24.00 – $32.00/hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits within 30 Days

Pay & Schedule 

  

Pay: $24.00 – $32.00/hour (based on experience) 

Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday 

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do 

  

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light duty fleet vehicles 
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues 
  • Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards 
  • Accurately document repairs and complete work orders 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment 
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies 
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations 

  

What We're Looking For 

 

  •  3years’ of hands-on experience performing automotive/light duty vehicle maintenance and repairs 
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills 
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role  
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team  
  • Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (detailed below)  
  • Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)
